The Administration
The State Centre for Human Resources and Organisation Management is the central body managing state personnel. It is involved in the entire lifecycle of personnel management, from initial recruitment, through the calculation and management of remuneration and careers of active state officials, to the management of retired state officials' files and others beneficiaries of a pension. In addition to its human resources management attribution, the State Centre for Human Resources and Organisation Management also assists administrations in their organisational approaches and projects, organisational quality and business process management. It is placed under the responsibility of the Minister in charge of the Civil Service.
